Hello all. Sorry for no posts lately. Been trying to hang low and be with the family.

Sitting at MCI this morning heading to SoCal for the Reedy Invitational. I’m actually looking forward to the race. I’m not a big fan of the heads up Reedy Race style format, but this year I’m being positive and not worrying about what I can’t control. Gonna just try to be aggressive and just focus on passing cars, and not who I’m racing with and what I need to finish in that heat.

I’m very excited for today. I got my cycling gear with me and myself and Ryan Cavalieri are doing a mtb ride today. Should be fun to ride a new trail and ride in short sleeves.
